LASERVIDEO has revolutionized automatic home entertainment. The system is innovative and enables one or more outlet to be managed remotely. With international patent pending, Laservideo 24h has been set up in many outlets in Italy and abroad. It operates simply, with 2 pushbuttons, one for the rental card and one to communicate with the operator. Just press the first button (which may be thousands of kilometers away from the operator) to request your rental card.

The customer is viewed by a remote camera. The operator requests I.D. to make sure he/she is at least 18, and takes a high-resolution photo of the document. A kit with contract and rental card is then provided. When the customer has signed the contract and submitted it, the operator can enable the rental card. It takes about 2 minutes and is both easy and fun.
     
The Laservideo Self Card is the only system available to enable the operator to manage more than one outlet.
Contracts and issues of rental cards can also be outsourced to a call centre (24 7 if need be) in order to improve the service and reduce costs.
